This listing is for a private bedroom in a home that may be shared with another guest (or two.) The bathroom, kitchen, and living room are shared spaces. Your bedroom is completely private.

Additionally, there is a converted garage/mother-in-law suite attached to the home, which has a long term tenant in it.
She and her dog have their own entrance and you will have no interaction with them.
You may see them outside using the backyard.

There is air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.
The bedrooms also has a box fan, and the sunroom has an overhead fan.

There is no laundry available in this home, but guests staying 7+ days will have access to a concierge laundry service, at no additional cost.

Upon booking, you will be asked to sign a renter’s agreement, submit ID, and put a card on file for a $500 damages deposit.
