Rental Logistics: Upon booking, we’ll request details for emergency and insurance purposes, through a swift online rental agreement process, which includes collecting ID.

This lovingly maintained sanctuary is designed for traveling professionals, or mature guests. As a shared home, this is not for partiers.

A cleaning service will come once per week, for a Common Areas cleaning. If you would like your bedroom done too, we can add that on for an extra $40, which includes linens laundry service.

The loft and the backyard shed are off-limits, as are any other bedrooms.
