No stairs inside. Walk-in shower has grab bars and a built-in chair.

There is a converted garage/mother-in-law suite attached to the home, which has a long term tenant in it.
She and her dog have their own entrance and you will have no interaction with them.
You may see them outside using the backyard, which is the only shared space on the property.

There is air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.
The bedrooms also have box fans, and the sunroom has an overhead fan.

The sunroom, which is where the fold out floor mattress goes, is accessed through one of the bedrooms, or through an exterior door.

There is no laundry available in this home, but guests staying 7+ days will have access to a concierge laundry service, at no additional cost.

Upon booking, you will be asked to sign a renter’s agreement, submit ID, and put a card on file for a $500 damages deposit.
